Who we are

Muskat, Martinez & Mahony, LLP is a boutique firm specializing in employment litigation and labor law matters. The firm was founded in May 2006 by three former Vinson & Elkins attorneys with the goal of providing clients the highest caliber of legal representation with the flexibility, efficiency, economy, and personalized service of a small firm.

Part of our strength is in our diversity and commitment to community service. We are certified as a women-owned business by the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance and have two women as named partners. Two of our partners are native Houstonians, and our lawyers take pride in their involvement in charitable and community causes, serving on several local nonprofit and advisory boards.

Who we serve

Our clients include companies ranging in size from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses. We represent employers in Texas and across the U.S. and Latin America in a wide spectrum of industries, including the oil and gas, manufacturing, retail, technology, hotel, finance, transportation, aviation, and health care fields. We also represent individuals in certain executive compensation and employment contract matters.
