M3Law Wins in Fifth Circuit in Complex ERISA Case
The team of Mike Muskat and Kristina Frankel were victorious in the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in a complex ERISA case involving allegations of wrongful denial of coverage under the employer’s group life insurance plan. In a per curiam opinion, the Fifth Circuit affirmed the District Court’s dismissal of all of the Plaintiff’s claims.
